JESUS IS NOT THE MESSIAH – Israeli Diplomat

Jesus, The Christ is Crucified

The deputy Israeli Ambassador to Ghana Orli Veitzman has said the Messiah who is expected to save the world has not yet come.

According to her, although Jews have a lot of respect for Christians, they do not believe that Christ, whose crucifixion has just recently been observed, is the long awaited savior of the world.

Judaism, which is the main religion of the people of Israel has the disposition that Christ, who died at Calvary in Golgotha centuries ago, is only a prophet and not the savior. Judaism has never accepted any of the claimed fulfillment of prophecy that Christianity attributes to Jesus. It also forbids the worship of a person as a form of idolatry, since the central belief of Judaism is the absolute unity and singularity of God.

Speaking to Nii Arday Clegg on the Morning Starr on Easter Friday, Veitzman said the Jews are still waiting for the true Messiah.

“In the Jewish religion, today is not a special day. But we have a lot of respect for Christians. According to Judaism, we are still waiting for the Messiah to come. For us Jews, we are still waiting for the Messiah. Judaism is based on the Old Testament ... There is no account of the miracles that Jesus performed,” she stated.

THE TRUTH IS OUT
The truth is now out in the open and it should help to properly shape  the discussion on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Thanks to Orli Veitzman, the Deputy Ambassador of Israel to Ghana, now we know that the official religion of Israel is not Christianity but Judaism.

We also know that Jews do not accept Jesus Christ as the Messiah and completely reject the New Testament and all the miracles in it.

So now we know that the conflict is not one between Muslims and Christians and that it is a case of colonial occupation of Palestinian lands.

With this clarification we can now take the fog out of the discussion and see the blatant violations of Palestinian rights for what they are.

We thank Orli Veitzman for this very useful information.
