The decision of the Supreme Court on the GITMO-2 is very clear.

It says that the presence in Ghana of the two detainees is an affront to the 1992 constitution because the matter was not put before Parliament for approval.

The Supreme Court says that they ought to be sent back to the bossom of the United States of America.

However, if the Akufo-Addo Government wants to keep them in Ghana, then they have three months to put the matter before Parliament for approval.

The Insight believes that no useful purpose will be served by keeping the GITMO-2 in Ghana and that the Akufo-Addo government needs to send them back to where they came from without delay.

If the United States of America which arrested them cannot keep them why should we?
